Refund and Returns Policy

We usually ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. Business Days: Mondays – Fridays, excluding public holidays within Malaysia.

Insufficient or incorrect shipping address such as street address, city, state/province, postal code will not be refunded. All packages are given tracking numbers. If a package is marked as delivered and the package is not received, we ask that you make every effort to find your package. If unable to locate, a case must be submitted with the designated delivery/courier company so that we may proceed with a resolution. To receive a replacement or a refund, a case number with the designated courier company (or a police report) is requested in order to verify the stolen package.

Please also note that we cannot deliver shipments to PO Boxes.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy with refund. However, restrictions apply.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
  • Products must be unused and in good condition with all packaging attached.
  • Returns are accepted if there is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
  • Orders that we suspect to be fraudulent or products that have been tampered with will not be refunded.
  • Your original shipping costs and returning costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the return was a result of our error.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 45 days of our receiving the returned order.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post (or any form of delivery with tracking service) and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. ASL Inspirations will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
